Service scope

Italy to Australia provides Italian to English translations. NAATI certification is offered only in that direction and is completed by Mattia Pennati, NAATI Certified Translator, CPN9GW93Y.

Instant price and review

The instant price applies to eligible standard documents and the billable pages entered by the customer. Complex, notarial or handwritten documents and files with extensive annotations, stamps or difficult formatting require a tailored quote. If a discrepancy is found after payment, no additional charge is made without consent.

Turnaround

Displayed times are estimates and begin after payment, all complete and readable documents, and the order confirmation have been received. Priority delivery in around 12 hours costs A$30 per order, is available only for standard documents up to 2 billable pages, and is subject to availability. If purchased priority cannot be confirmed, the customer will be contacted and the priority surcharge refunded. Complexity, questions, availability, weekends and public holidays may affect delivery.

Cancellations and refunds

If an order cannot be completed at the purchased price, the customer may accept a revised quote or request cancellation and an appropriate refund for work not yet completed. Requests are assessed according to the work status and applicable obligations.

Receiving organisation requirements

The customer is responsible for checking the receiving organisation’s requirements. Acceptance by every organisation or for every application is not guaranteed.
